Finding Marketing Money - Marketing and Events Partnership Program (MEPP)

Day-to-day operations generally give a person more than enough things to think about and do. However, external help can give you a boost; grants can give you the funds to help make your ambitions a reality. In particular, marketing grants like the Marketing and Events Partnership Program (MEPP) can provide resources to help you bring your product or service to market by providing funding for promotion.

About the MEPP Grant

MEPP is a grant for organizations in the Saskatchewan tourism industry, which can award up to $15,000 in support for recipients. At the time of this blog publication applications are currently being accepted for this grant, and will be until February 18, 2026. If you’re reading this and the deadline is passed, we recommend bookmarking the Marketing and Events Program Partnership webpage and keeping tabs on the program in case of new intakes opening. While filling in grant applications can be projects in and of themselves, the reward can be well worth the effort, providing financial resources to help bolster existing or kickstart new marketing efforts

What can MEPP Funding be used for?

There are various uses for a MEPP grant specified in the 2026 Program Guidelines. The MEPP grant can be used towards marketing expenses that fall under categories like:

  • content development

  • digital marketing and development

  • traditional advertising

  • and (in some particular cases) tradeshows

Within the MEPP eligible expenses listed in the Program Guidelines, there are various eligible expenses that align with Landing Studio services in the categories of photography, video, website, and (what we call) our paid advertising services.
